It is set in a very quiet and calm location, in the attractive natural surroundings of Hattingen-Blankenstein. The balcony offers beautiful views of the surrounding gardens and hills. A particular highlight is the view of the Kemnader Lake. Hattingen city centre is only a few minutes from the A43 motorway. This allows quick and easy access to big cities like Essen, Wochum, and Wuppertal. The flat has an authentic wooden floor, as well as high quality marble flooring. It has been lovingly furnished. The living room consists of a living and dining area with Sat-TV. You can access to the balcony from here and an awning can be put up on request. The separate kitchen is fitted and includes an electric range, coffee machine, dishwasher, and washing machine, The bedroom is equipped with a 2 x 100 x 200 cm double bed. The second bedroom has a 120 x 200 cm electric adjustable bed and you can ask for another single bed. A shower / bath tub, as well as a guest WC are also part of the flat. Special features: From the flat you have a direct view of the Katzenstein nature reserve. Gut wenn nicht überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattete moderne Wohnung. Einziger (kleiner) Wermutstropfen - der Balkon erscheint auf den Fotos grösser als er wirklich ist. Für 2 Personen ist der Balkon OK, bei mehr Leute wird es verdammt eng. ##### Andre K. Unsere Monteure waren im vergangenen Jahr sehr lange auf der Baustelle in Wuppertal, aber diese Wohnung war mit Abstand die beste, so die Aussage unserer Monteure. Schade, dass wir nicht schon früher über dieses Portal gebucht haben. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, Vermieter sehr freundlich und nach einem stressigen Tag auf der Baustelle super zum entspannen. Eigentlich reichen die Worte: es war alles perfekt. Vielen Dank. Die Wohnung ist natürlich auch für private zwecke auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen. ##### LKD Service Group L. Im Nachhinein schade das wir nicht länger Zeit hatten. Die Ferienwohnung ist super ausgestattet, vor allem in der Küche ist alles das man braucht. Sogar Gewürze, Kaffee, etc. Das ist woanders keine Selbstverständlichkeit. Der Ausblick ist super. Die Wohnung geräumig. Der Vermieter sehr nett. Archival ### 10/10 Excellent #### Familie H. 4 Jun 2015 #### Traumferienwohnung im grünen Ruhrgebiet Die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen.Supersauber, sehr gut durchdacht, äußerst modern und geschmackvoll-gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Fernblick von der Sitzgruppe aus ist durch die gläserne Balkonbrüstung traumhaft und der Balkon lädt förmlich zum Entspannen ein. Die Lage der FeWo ist verkehrs-und einkaufsgünstig, das Entgegenkommen und die Freundlichkeit der Vermieter einmalig. Fußläufig erreicht man ein Restaurant "Das Krans" , welches man unbedingt erleben muss. Hattingen hat eine wunderschöne Altstadt und Bochum(Musical), Dortmund(Fußball) und Oberhausen(Gasometer, Centro)sind in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Der Ruhr-Radweg bietet ein weiteres Freizeitvergnügen. Wir empfehlen diese FeWo sehr gern weiter. ##### Familie H. Archival ### 10/10 Excellent #### Andres S. 28 Mar 2015 #### Wunderschön auch im Winter Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet, außerdem gleichzeitig ruhig und gut zu erreichen. Man ist in wenigen Fußminuten entweder in der Altstadt oder im Schutzgebiet, das auch mit kahlen Bäumen sehr schön ist. Für noch mehr Ziele in der Umgebung liegt umfangreiches touristisches Infomaterial aus, außerdem ein sehr praktischer Ordner, in dem alle wichtigen Angaben zur Wohnung, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc. zusammengefasst sind. Um alle Möglichkeiten wahrzunehmen, lohnt es sich auch, ein paar Tage mehr einzuplanen. Unbedingt hervorzuheben sind die sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermieter! Der Aufenthalt hat uns großen Spaß gemacht und wird sicher irgendwann wiederholt, würde die Ferienwohnung jederzeit weiterempfehlen. ##### Andres S.
