"We had a blast. Location was amazing in residential area with huge living room and large table that we could use for board games. Flat was very well equiped , clean and spasious. One of the best id not the best flat that I have rented in my life."

"Ich war zum Musiksommer in Bochum und hab dieses Appartement gemietet. Es ist außerordentlich schön gestylt und gerne würde ich wiederkommen. Mit den Öffentlichen kam ich überall gut hin. Der sehr zuvorkommende und immer erreichbare Eigentümer löste Probleme sofort. Es war für mich ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt."

"Habe die Wohnung mit einer Gruppe von 5 Personen gebucht. Durch die 3 Schlafzimmer und 3 WCs hat sich der Aufenthalt unkompliziert gestaltet. Ein nett eingerichtetes Wohnzimmer mit (kleinem) Pool-Billardtisch und Playstation rundete die Sache ab."

"Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Highlight ist der Pool und die Sauna ( leider waren die Aufguss Öle leer) Man könnte hier und da mal was erneuern und renovieren. Aber wir kommen bestimmt wieder und haben das Wochenende genossen."

"Wir waren als Familie ( zwei Erwachsene, ein Jugendlicher) für 5 Nächte in der Wohnung Weiss. Der Komfort war für uns sehr zufriedenstellend. Die Wohnung ist sauber, angenehm, trotz Nähe zur Hauptstraße ist es Nachts ruhig gewesen. Das Wohnen in der Altstadt bietet viele Vorteile. Parken konnten wir gegenüber in der 30iger Zone, kostenlos wie vom Anbieter gesagt. (Und dem Auto ist nichts passiert. 😉) Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war Bestens. "Die Wohnung war groß, gut eingerichtet und zentral gelegen. Leider war die Heizung im Bad kaputt und der Fernseher konnte nur youttube zeigen, die Mängel wurden trotz Meldung bei der Vetmieterin nicht behoben."

"Good: Central location, comfy bed, well equipped kitchen (inc Nespresso, hobs, big fr/freezer and microwave), good shower. Very spacious. Bad: Lots of stairs (60+) to third floor (some apartments on 2nd floor) and no lift. Patchy/slow Wi-Fi, so Netflix wouldn't really work on TV and struggled to stream content on laptop. A very small table, considering the huge area of unused space in apartment - couldn't really work on it. No mugs, only small cups (small thing but annoying for me lol). It...

"Lovely apartment and really clean. A few scratches on the walls but overall the rooms are well kept. Friendly staff at reception and at the restaurant. We had a lovely meal and food was well presented and plenty of selection of drinks. "
