I believe this hotel had his glorious days back in the 50’s , far from today conditions, even that the administration is remodeling room by room , it’s still far from modern days, WIFI sucks, the mattress are solid rocks…. Other than that I would recommend to stay in another hotel if you really want comfort, I found really rude to charge in advance when you do check in……. In this case you will pay what you get….. I definitely don’t recommend it.

Pros: - Next to the beach Cons: - The rooms did not have any kind of small appliances (ie. mini fridge, coffee maker, etc) - The room were dirty - The sheets smelled of sweat/dirt as if they were not properly washed - The bathroom door did not properly worked - The restaurant was part of the hotel but you could not order from it for room service - The Jacuzzi/Spa water was dirty - The "clean" white towels were grey - The bathroom really smell like sewage. It stop working was not repaired till a day later. - They did not have many extras What was offered for the price was not really worth it. I would recommend that they better soap for the laundry. Provided proper maintenance to the rooms. This hotel shows it's age, it's charming and looks nice but it does not feel like the luxury hotel it tries to sell itself as. It feels more like it uses it's claim to fame from the past to justify the "luxury". Next time we visit the area will probably be staying at the holiday inn 5 blocks down the road instead.

Las instalaciones están con muy mal mantenimiento en recepción atienden de mala gana, las fotos no describen su estado actual tanto de habitaciones como de instalaciones. No engañen con las fotografías.

Hernoso hotel antiguo, dormí como en casa, bastante limpieza pero muy descuidado, le falta el tipo de mtto que haria que este hotel antiguo luzca como una joya arquitectonica pero que no se vea viejo y descuidado, valdria la pena que los dueño actuales lo vendan a un grupo hotelero que lo pueda rescatar ya que se ve que sus decisiones empresariales han simo pesimas

Un hotel con más de 80 años de historia, no van a encontrar lujos, ni modernidad, pero si esa sensación de que estás en un lugar por el que han pasado personajes históricos, la propiedad es inmensa con zonas para sentarse y relajarse, la playa está a 100 metros, los centros comerciales a 500 metros, Las habitaciones son amplias, con clima, TV y baño , hay hamacas y temazcal, la atención es cordial. Visiten el lugar para que vivan la experiencia y conozcan las albercas techadas tipo baño Romano, la barra parecida a la película el Resplandor y sus áreas para sentarse y ver el mar desde alguno de sus balcones.
