"What a beautiful hotel with an equally wonderful staff! We had such a lovely stay. We arrived after a red-eye flight and took the train to the hotel, so we were exhausted by the time we got there. Brenda greeted us when we arrived, and she was absolutely wonderful—so sweet, welcoming, and helpful. She must have noticed how tired we were because she let us know that early check-in was available for $75. We happily paid it, and after traveling all night, it was worth every penny! We stayed on the 7th floor in room 717. The room was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The bathroom was nice, and the bed was especially comfortable. Our view wasn't the greatest lol, but that didn't bother us at all. We ate at The Dubliner restaurant and really enjoyed it. Having a good restaurant connected directly to the hotel was so convenient. One of my favorite things about the hotel was the beautiful sitting area on the second floor. They offer complimentary hot coffee, lattes, and tea throughout the day. I loved being able to sit there, relax, and enjoy a cup of coffee. Such a thoughtful touch! We also noticed the old-fashioned outgoing mail slots located between the elevators. You can actually drop your mail into the slot from each floor! I thought that was so charming and unique. Little details like that give the hotel so much character. I kept thinking that I wished our kids were with us because they would have loved it. We will definitely stay here again!"
