This place had it all for a great price. Walking distance to Nationals Ballpark, the Capitol and all the free museums. Felt very safe walking around all the neighboring streets. Apartment had everything you could ask for, including rooftop access and gym. Will definitely be going back.

We were put into 3 different rooms because all the rooms the gave us smelled like a sewage leak for the amount that we paid was really ridiculous that we even had to deal with it and the management was trash!!

Very roomy apartment type accommodations which allowed me to go to bed early and my husband to be able to stay up late and watch TV in the living area. Nice kitchen! Great value!! The only thing that reduced our 5-star rating was the very loud construction going on in a nearby suite that woke us up every morning before 8:00am! It was sooo loud! So recommend this place but make sure to ask if there is any construction happening during your intended stay!
