"Die Wohnung ist abgewohnt. Als wir ankamen war die Wohnung gerade gewischt, kalt und es zeigte sich sofort die mangelnde Instandhaltung. Warum hat man nach dem Wischen nicht einfach schon mal die Fußbodenheizung eingeschaltet? Irgendwie funktionierte das Wesentliche zwar, aber lose Tollenpapierhalter, eingeschlagene Innentür, Plastikabdeckung auf dem Tresen, fehlende bzw. Defekte Beleuchtung insbesondere im Bad, ….und richtige Dreck überall, wo man nicht mit dem Staubsauger ohne Weiteres...

"Great place to stay, new and clean. Located about 15 mins from Albertville it is up the hill away from the noise, it’s very quiet and off the beaten track. Perfect for us as we were there for the Etape that started in Albertville. The place has a large family area and outdoor decking which is great for entertaining/social meals etc. 4 rooms with a lot of single beds that were pulled together to make 4 doubles. Rooms are a good size. No aircon but the house stays fairly cool anyway. Only downside...

"I didn’t notice on my booking confirmation that building work was being carried out. If I had, I would have cancelled my booking. Our bedroom which was new was lovely but there was just a lot of plaster dust about due to the ongoing works. And it would be impossible to have a sleep beyond 9am due to the building works. The breakfast was very nice but there only were fruit or green tea. No breakfast tea. The room had an nepresso machine with a few capsules but no milk or coffee cups. Would recommend this hotel post building works but bring a kettle, tea, cups and milk. "

"The location was perfect for exploring the Old Town. Very walkable and close to lots of lovely shops and restaurants. Spoiled for choice! Parking was 50% off at the Hotel de Ville parking garage which was helpful. We paid about €6\. The breakfast room was very nicely appointed, and the breakfast had a good selection. We stayed on a Monday and the bar is closed in a Monday so we didn’t experience that. The rooms are a little tired and I would say small however they way they are put together, including an interior door and the bathroom backing on to the bed wall, means that you don’t hear other guests coming and going, so that was a real plus. Annecy is a stunning town. We will be back!"

"It’s a lovely hotel, our bedroom was basic and decoration a bit dated. The staff were very nice, but best of all the location was lovely- views and a short walk in daylight through the forest. The food was very expensive in relation to the hotel - and difficult for us as we were a mix of vegetarians and other needs. It was a great experience and value for money. Great hot chocolate- in the best cups and saucers. "
