This three-bedroom, two-bathroom second floor apartment is situated inside the medieval city walls of the old town of Annecy, just inside the Perrière gate. Spread over 92m², it is set up to welcome six guests.

The decor has funky contemporary touches and there are subtle references to swans throughout. Real swans are to be found just down the road, on the canals and the lake. Bedrooms are spacious, there is lots of storage space, and a great open plan kitchen/dining lounge space.

All in all, we think you and your group will be as enthusiastic as we are about this amazing property! Enjoy!

Please note there is no lift in this ancient building, and there are 32 steps from street level to the front door of the apartment. There is no A/C system per se, but standing fans with a cooling system that helps during eventual heat waves.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
We require a security deposit of €1,000 via a pre-authentication of your credit or debit card, which does not affect your card balance. The pre-authentication will be released as soon as we’ve checked the property and confirmed there is no damage. This is normally done right after your stay, but it could take up to 14 days after your departure.

If you cancel your booking and are due a refund, we will deduct any third party payment processing or foreign exchange fees related to the booking that we have been charged from the amount refunded.

A Wonderful Stay at Swansdoors

We absolutely loved our stay at Le Swansdoors. The location was fantastic and the apartment itself was extremely clean and comfortable. Our host, Laurent, was extremely friendly and he explained everything to do with the apartment clearly. He also advised us on where to go and where to book certain activities such as bike riding and paddle boarding. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend Le Swansdoors to all our friends!

Beautiful and Spacious Apartment in the Heart of the Old City

Very beautiful, spacious apartment right in the center of the old city. We were met by the wonderful Laurent, he told us everything, showed us all the amenities. Excellent location, everything is within walking distance. The apartment is very clean, spacious, bright, there was plenty of space for our family of five. Very beautiful interior inside, perfect big beds, comfortable kitchen. We liked everything very much, we were delighted!!! We will definitely come back to this apartment, it is gorgeous!!! Beautiful historic buildings

Thank you for a wonderful stay. In Ottawa we don’t have anything like the beautiful historic buildings that you find in Annecy. It was amazing to walk out the door and be right in the thick of things. We really enjoyed the apartment and all that Annecy had to offer.
