Le terrain permet de décompresser au milieu des montagnes. Le logement est bien equipé et l’hôte disponible et a l’écoute ! L’emplacement du logement est appréciable, beaucoup de possibilités à pied (commerces, marché, restau, lac, etc…). Transports en commun à côté, possibilité de balayer le long du lac, jusqu’à Annecy. Maison de village calme avec jardin idéalement située : plage du lac et inscription/atterrissage parapente à 5 minutes en voiture, randos à proximité, voie cyclable menant à Annecy le long du lac. 2 étages parfaitement séparés avec entrée et jardin indépendants.
