For quieter moments, the cozy family room offers a gas fireplace and comfortable seating — ideal for reading, playing games, or simply enjoying the warmth on cooler evenings. Cooking is easy in the modern kitchen, complete with a gas range and all the essentials for home-style meals. Just beside it, a welcoming dining area makes gathering for breakfast, dinner, or late-night snacks feel effortless. When it’s time to relax, sink into the hot tub and let the view wash over you, or sway gently in the hammock with a good book. For a more rustic touch, gather around the outdoor firepit as the night sky sparkles above. From quiet mornings to lively evenings, the outdoor spaces invite you to slow down and savor every moment. NOTE: Approx. 85 stairs down to the beach. The lakebed can be sandy or stoney depending on what the lake gives you that day. But it sure is fun to try to find the ever changing sandbars. Generally you will find sand 3ft out. It's fun to go stone collecting - Lake Huron is a geologists paradise! Just bring some water shoes. The nice thing is, it's not weedy or slimy at all. NOTE: Primary renter must be 25 yrs old and provide government issued photo id. A separate security deposit of $500 is required. All Guests are required to sign a separate cottage rental agreement. Including names and ages of all guests who will occupy the property. This property is equipped with a monitoring device (including noise, temp & wifi connections) Max occupancy at all times is 5, violation will result in removal without refund.
