Lots of communication from the host which was good, however quite a few duplicate messages which became a little confusing. Just a small suggestion, a few more coffee cups (there was only 2) and some extra crockery (serving bowls/plates) and cooking utensils (tongs, baking dish etc) would’ve made it perfect. "

We couldn’t access the laundry, and the bedrooms, although spacious, were uncomfortable for winter sleep due to the lack of any blankets and inadequate heating. There was no bed/bedding for our one-year-old, so we had to source our own. The entire apartment needed a thorough clean.
