"Due to a last-minute change in our travel plans, we needed somewhere to stay on short notice, and Leura House was extremely accommodating. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Our room was great, comfortable, clean, and exactly what we needed. The house itself was a lovely place to stay, with a welcoming atmosphere and plenty of character. We really appreciated how accommodating everyone was and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"It was clean which was the main thing ,and electric blanket was welcome but the room needed maintenance i.e bathroom door was warped and couldn’t be closed properly Bathroom fittings including glass shelves were dishevelled, and needed adjusting of mounts. A/c took too long to heat room."

"Beautiful old hotel with loads of character and mountain charm. As with all older buildings they need maintenance to keep up there beauty…the Hydro Majestic could do with some minor repairs to maintain its historic charm. Definitely worth a stay and a casual drink at the Belgravia Bar next to fireplace."
