We stayed in room 216 for three nights, it was great! Regina at front desk was awesome, letting us check in earlier after our long flight from the US. Apartments are spacious clean and comfortable, everything you need for a great stay! Close to all the sights if you are happy to walk, Circular Quay, Sydney Habour, Opera House, Botanical Gardens! Coffee place at the end of Dowling St was great! Bus stop close by to get to Bondi. Would stay again if coming back to Sydney!

Overall very disappointing for what was listed as a deluxe room. Dated, poorly maintained and dirty (marks on walls, marks on curtains, dirty crockery, and dirty bathrooms). Less than acceptable really.

Terrific location close to Town Hall station and light rail. Rooms are small but comfortable. Pretty quiet although bathroom noises are audible from other quests.

A great central to everything location. A short walk to train station and over to Darling Harbour. We went to the theatre and yet again just a short walk.
The property was well presented. The breakfast well worth it. Really enjoyed our stay.
The only downside was the communication with our booking we requested two beds in one of our two rooms booked. They had missed my emails and only prepared a queen size and had to quickly organise a trundle bed shoved in the room. This wasn’t ideal but we just dealt with it. This wouldn’t stop me from staying there again though as the in house customer service was good.

"stayed as 3 families with 2 identical rooms booked plus a suite. The concept is fantastic for a family weekend. Having the pool, slide, ice skating, games room and cinema onsite meant we could genuinely spend time together, which was the highlight. Unfortunately, the hotel itself is very rundown ..."

"Disappointed having to drag luggage up the external stairs - nice to have access to elevator inside whicwas out of order by checkout next morning. Staff on hand to help carry luggage out though. Room super cosy and heating in separate bathroom area was a surprise, loved the decor. Handy to everything ..."
