Property was convenient to Heart Hospital. Staff was polite.

This is a fun hotel to stay at. We loved the decor and the staff was top notch. I would definitely stay here again! Everything was clean and the coffee bar in the reception area was perfect. Thanks for a great vacation!

For some reason I was directed to a subdivision many miles away from the hotel-same house numbers and street name, but boulevard and street designation didn’t help navigation app to direct me to the proper location. I don’t know if it’s a Google/Apple issue or something you can correct. The 25 minutes it took me to get to the actual location didn’t affect me, but others might not be as forgiving.

The back door needs to be fixed and become functional.

I was leery to stay here after reading the reviews. I decided to go w/the majority of the reviews and I'm glad I did! The area is a great area & close to alot. The grounds are beautiful! I chose the area based on location & the fact it had a kitchenette. I took a few dishes & a skillet, etc. I did take a hot plate just in case. I didn’t ask at the desk if they had any dishes, utensils, etc. They very well may have. That said, the stove top did work. There is a timer on the wall to keep the stove from being left on & forgotten. Ours was located behind the countertop microwave. I tried the stove top before discovering the timer, & of course it did not work. I brought out the hot plate for breakfast. While cleaning up from that, I discovered the timer. Lo & behold, the stove top worked! As for the negative reviews, we didn’t experience any of it. No smells (hubby has the nose of a beagle), hallways were clean, room appeared to have been newly painted. Room was spotless as was the bathroom. The room was the quietest we have stayed in in quite awhile. If I had anything negative to say at all, it would be there was no tissue box in the bathroom & the pillows were not very fluffy. Tjps: Bring a hairdryer & shampoo. Again, they could have these - we didn't ask. We have found hairdryers are missing at the more economical motels. These complaints must come from people who expect The Ritz on a beer budget or they are trolls who leave negative reviews for their competitors. AAA

Valet parking was excellent. Check-in quick. Lobby atmosphere welcoming with flavored waters/cookies. Multiple elevators a plus after a concert downtown. Beds were excellent. Only minus-The shower door was not level and kept sliding “downhill “!!
