The staff are absolutely top tier to the point they are always checking in on you and also seeking constant feedback which it is a massive plus. This is an incredible nature reserve resort. Takes your breath away with how authentic it feels. The staff for absolutely wonderful and can’t do enough to make you feel at home. Unusual and takes a while to decompress to the style but once you’re in it you don’t want to leave. The more it unfolds and more beautiful it becomes and the longer you want to be there in that quiet state.
