Would highly recommend staying at the Gonalston Boutique. Not only was the room beautiful and clean, and the breakfast delicious, but the owner was the most wonderful host. She made us feel very welcome and was lovely to chat with. My only disappointment is with myself, that I did not discover this excellent place sooner! We will definitely be back. Room was clean, bed was comfy, parking was easy and checking in was simple. Would happily stay again.

This is truly a wonderful hotel to stay I've stayed in hundreds of hotels This is in my top 3 to stay in If I'm ever working in Sheffield area again. I'll have no hesitation in booking this wonderful hotel The food is so well presented and taste delicious. Only stayed for one night on way home, wished was longer. Fabulous hotel in a lovely setting that would be a perfect base for local attractions. Staff very friendly and helpful, room great with gorgeous view and breakfast excellent. Arrived late but squeezed in a drink at bar...food menu looked good.

Absolutely lovely stay! The room was very nice and had everything we needed, there was plenty of tea/coffee and hot chocolate which was good! The garden and surroundings were beautiful and the breakfast was amazing!!!

The room was huge with more than enough space for a seating area as well as a dressing table/coffee station. Tea/coffee provided and hairdryer in room. Bathroom was adequate but dated and some of the seating in the bedroom area was ripped and one of the bedside lights didn’t work. Staff were helpful although it took some time to knowledge us on arrival. They were really helpful when I phoned to make an enquiry prior to arrival. Clean, very well presented country house feel in town . Beds were very comfortable and linen was delightful. Lovely breakfast and lots of coffee offered and taken. Bathroom clean and plenty of towels. Javier was lovely host. Would definitely stay again.

We booked a 2 night stay here to celebrate my wife's birthday , we wanted a relaxing weekend and the white horse seemed to offer what we were looking for . Right from check-in i realised we had definitely picked the right place . We received a warm and friendly welcome and were shown to our room . I can not say enough good thigs about this place. The receptionist Charlotte was super welcoming, friendly and extremley helpful. Natalie the house keep was really accomodating and asked if there was anything extra we needed like: shampoo, towels, pillows. Great staff and a great stay, the room was good, the bed was comfy and the room smelled amazing and was very clean. Def book this place! I would def book this place again.

Rooms were very nice decorated, clean and comfortable. All Covid-19 with extra cleaning and fabulous huge walk in shower. Would visit this Holiday Inn again, one of the nicest I have stayed in.

The management, front of house, waiting and cleaning staff where all very polite and extremely helpful. The room which was on the M1 and A38 side of the hotel had excellent triple glazing so we experienced no noise at all. It was a large room that was air conditioned with a big radiator and a fan plus all the of the other items you expect in a hotel room.
