I chose to stay here to visit Monument Valley. I must have missed the fact that it is 72 miles away. I also must have missed the fact that the suites are so small that they require Murphy Beds. Nothing about the place was bad or awful. It is located between Monument Valley and Arches Nat'l Park. It tries to be attractive.

The property and room looked just like the pictures. The bathtub was large and was nice to soak in. The bed was really comfortable. The breakfast was good, but even though there was an hour left of breakfast, they were out or just weren’t making it fast enough. Overall, it felt like I was at a spa resort. We will definitely stay again next time we’re in the area.

Everything was very satisfactory, but the property was not at all an upscale accomodation. It is one of the hotels (motels) in Blanding, as good as any that we've stayed at there. The room was nice, breakfast was good but not elaborate nor with much variety. For what it is where it is it was very satisfactory.

Quaint decor. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. A table and chairs sit outside each unit to enjoy good weather. The toiletries were very nice. The breakfast was very good. It's a lovely place to stay.

We stayed for one night, we came in late but the staff made sure we were checked in. They made it so easy to just get to our room and relax. Morning breakfast was so nice too. It felt very homey and comfortable. They put so much effort into the rooms. Amazing place to stay!

Nice room, friendly staff, quiet, great location for natural bridges nm or monument valley area. Room came with a kitchen which was fully kitted out with utensils and best of all a range of useful basics were also provided - cling film, cooking oil etc. For me that's a great help when travelling around.

This is the second time that we have stayed at this property. It is a quiet quaint, very nice place to stay. People and rooms are so inviting. Breakfast area is very small, but tables and chairs available outside. We will definitely be returning again.

Very nice redone motel. Staff very sweet and efficient and the breakfast was terrific. Homemade cinnamon rolls, savory egg & ham puff pastry pocket and loved the chia fruit pudding.

The bad: Bed was old and/or too soft. You would fall into a whole. The room was freezing had the heater on 90 for about 4 hours before it warmed up. Had to bring in extra blankets from our car. There was also a lot of noise from passing cars. The good: Front desk lady was super friendly. The breakfast was very good, but everything is limit one.

10/10 would do again!! Awesome place.
This hotel is super cozy and safe. The complementary breakfast was delicious, especially the cinnamon rolls. The rooms are tight but packed with furniture and decor that made me feel cozy and extremely comfortable. The hotel staff at the front desk was super nice. Hot water and in door heating unit included. Big tvs and nice front view so you can keep an eye on your car. Would definitely stay here again.

The property is a very cool update on an old hotel. Great deal for a very nice room and breakfast/coffee in the morning. Blanding is not a super nice little town like some others in Southeastern Utah.

I had the murphy bed room and it was uncomfortable. The "headboard" cushions fall behind the bed, there is a picture frame in the way of where your head goes when you sit up. The couch is too small to be comfortable. The bathroom has a narrow shelf that covers half the sink so you can't really wash your face and you also don't have enough depth on the shelf to place a small bag. The toilet is positioned so close to the shower that my shoulder were against the wall, and I am a fit person.
