The owners were friendly, the room was to a high standard and the breakfast in the morning was excellent

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel du Vin & Bistro Poole. All the staff were lovely, particularly the reception team they were exceptional!. Our room was beautiful. The harbour/ Key was less than a minutes walk from the hotel which was on a lovely quiet street. We will definitely be returning!

The whole experience of our stay was first class. We have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation to anyone. A special thank you to the hosts David and Pumpkin!

Stunning views from the garden

We requested a change of room because there was no shower in the one offered. they were immediately pleased to do so. Staff were all very pleasant all the time we were there.

From the valet parking, check in and restaurant staff, everyone was extremely polite and helpful. Nothing was too much and everyone was professional. The property itself is stunning (especially the pool and dining areas) and our room was the perfect size (get one facing the sea, so worth it). Highly recommend the afternoon tea and continental breakfast (all fresh and...
