The location is very good. Very close to the Blackpool Tower. Staffs are very Friendly and helpful. The Room is tidy and clean.

Fabulous location in central Blackpool on a quiet street close to Coral Bay. A very clean and well run hotel, Lukas couldn’t do enough to help during our stay. Bright and clean rooms, a good bar area with pool table and a delicious cooked breakfast. Would certainly recommend and re-visit.

Had an amazing stay in Blackpool while attending the northern soul weekender at the tower, very close to the town a short walk, our room was comfortable and the Lukas and his family were very friendly and helpful even doing us an early breakfast as we had to leave early. we left our phone charger and he posted it to me straight away. Thank you and would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Blackpool

Very friendly, rooms clean and great service. Only let down was our bathroom although private was not en-suite (many rooms are but age of property meant some including ours aren’t). Was able to make use of the free parking which was very useful. Generally very pleased with the hotel and would return.

Great for families
Had a great night in one of the family rooms, beds super comfy and clean. Host was v friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was great value too. Walking distance to all the attractions. Definitely recommend.

Couldnt of asked for a better place to stay for the night with the family. We were anxious about getting the right hotel especially with taking the little ones but we got lucky. Nothing was too much trouble and the family running the hotel were so lovely and friendly, our kids ended up playing with theirs and gave us an hour off too chill out. We will be staying again next time we are in Blackpool would highly recommend, the rooms were lovely and super clean also. 10/10 from us and we will be back

What a lovely overnight stay we had here. We had a family room with ensuite which was perfect for us 2 adults with 2 children. Lukas was amazing couldn't do enough for us, lovely breakfast (which we requested last minute and he was only happy to accommodate us!) Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Willing House.

Fab stay
I took my two children (11,7) to Blackpool for the first time ever last weekend. I was on my own with them and Lukas- the owner made everything so easy. He was there to greet us and helped me to find places to eat and how to get around. The hotel is basic but spotlessly clean. Our room had a double bed and bunkbeds with plenty of space and storage. The hotel is situated 5 mins walk from central pier at the front, 10 mins to Tower and 30 mins from Pleasure Beach. The breakfast was great and coffee was fab too! The only critisism is maybe rooms would benefit from a blakout blind and the gulls were infuriatingly noisey at 5am but this is not the hotel’s issue! If returning, I would come back here for sure!

Lovely stay. Lovely welcome too. Probably could do with a little.modernising but perfectly good for our stay. Black blinds woild be better or black out curtains. Would definitely stay again. Good parking facilities.

Maybe in summer but never in winter
If you are going in cold temperature, avoid this place, you cant control heaters, they are off at night. I had to tell owner to turn heater on at night as it was freezing (0 and 1 degree) i was told “i cant turn heater on because it makes all rooms warm and i should be in bed not awake” not going next time.

I knew this review would come in completely out of context, the rooms were all very warm and heating had gone off, you woke me up at 2 o’clock in the morning to ask me this , this is why I told you to just go to bed, as you had been jumping about for an hour before hand, really glad there is no next time , as you obviously don’t realise that we need sleep too

Great time
3 nights here everything was lovely in the hotel, breakfast was great room was perfect and everything was clean. Only a 5 min walk to central pier.

Great little hotel
Great little hotel, very close to the Central Pier and not far from all the attractions. Attentive hosts, lovely room, spotlessly clean and great full english breakfast to start the day.

As you didn’t actually stay in our premises I don’t know how you can post a review and I will be asking for its removal , you turned up here on a busy Easter weekend and demanded your money back as we had painted the front of our building blue ( actually just finished when you arrived early) rather than the white in old photos and seemed to think that it was a reasonable request !!!! when we refused you were abusive threatened to sue us , and ruin our business. You then left still calling us for everything , a rather unpleasant situation caused by two rather unpleasant people.

Great clean stay
The room was so clean I really appreciated the hosts needs for masks still to be worn in public areas of the hotel despite England’s advice coming from Scotland this made me feel a lot more relaxed and safe. The only one negative I would mention was the bed in my room was so squeaky it made such a noise whenever you moved and woke me up quite a few times during the night. However other than that it was a great hotel and I would completely recommend.

This was booked for my mam and dad and grand children as their first hotel was a poor standard and did not wish to stay there so a fast booking was made they arrived at the hotel 10 minutes after booking and where parked up and very happy the hotel was spotless and they were very happy with the service provided this hotel was a trip saver and will definitely consider stopping in the future

Great stay at Willin House Hotel.
We decided to stay in Blackpool last-minute and Mags and Jeff couldn’t have been more accommodating. We enjoyed a really comfortable room, great recommendations for food/shows and lovely breakfast (I’m vegan and Mags was really flexible!) We’d love to come back for longer next time.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Was greeted by the lovely Maggie and shown to our room. We booked a double but got a family room. Room was very clean airy and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was faultless. Maggie went out of her way on the sun morning and opened the 2nd dinning room just for us so my partner who is blind could eat in comfort (he didn’t eat on sat as was hungover). Overall a pleasant stay nothing to much to ask for. Will be booking again

We had a double budget room but it was very comfortable and clean (14) The bed was really comfy The hotel is close to coral island and the tower The hosts were really friendly the breakfast was very good I don’t eat meat but my other half said the bacon and eggs were perfect
