The property was run by a youg lady who tried her best but she is not an electricion or a plumber as the electric in our room went off as did the heating . The poor girl didnt know what to do and we felt sorry for her. There was also a young lad living there who had his bike in what was the lounge repairing a puncture .i dont think I'll be staying there again

Dirty stinking hotel
Well where do I start ,, wasn’t impressed with the lounge !! Then the room just got worse , broken blinds , curtains didn’t fit , grubby carpets , towels to small , mattress springy , bins overflowing with rubbish , no staff on site to get toiletries, and to top it all on day of checking out , someone was in reception demanding money back x after coming home I’m full of bites !!! I presume from the mattress , we did try and get somewhere else , but. No vacancies x DO NOT STAY HERE !!

Good price, average standards
Bathroom terrible. Room has thin walls so you can hear next door if you looking for quiet time you are depend from guests next door. Service can rate as seen only once. No cleaning in room conducted over 5 days of stay

Easy checking in (an hour early) Room no 14 was great for myself and my daughter. 10 min walk to all bars and attractions at the north end

Good location and very good service.
The hotel was conveniently located with helpful and friendly owners. Good breakfast. Rooms are OK but don't expect the Ritz for the price.

Thank you for your review and compliments on our breakfast Ronald, we are pleased you all enjoyed it. Most of our guests have complimented us on how nice and clean our rooms are and how comfy the beds are. (As reviews state on a well known website) No we are not the ritz and don’t pretend or wish to be as some of the originally well known named hotels in Blackpool are far from as you say, the ritz! We look forward to seeing you all again in the future.

A GREAT WEEKEND
Had a great weekend break at the Feathers hotel, the beds were comfy, plenty hot water and the best breakfast ever, the owners were more than helpful recommend places to eat and drink, would definitely book again.

ルームクリーニングはダメでした
7日滞在して、たった一度もベッドメイキングをしてくれませんでした。 タオルも一度も代えてくれませんでした！ ゴミは、2度だけ回収がありましたが、ゴミ箱が満杯になっていました。 毎日ルームクリーニングする、と書いてあったけど、嘘でしたね。 朝食については、ビュッフェ形式で食べやすかったです。でも、9:00~9:45の間だけだったので、不便です。
