Our house is centrally located in the heart of the Berchtesgaden basin between Bischofswiesen and Berchtesgaden in the beautiful Stanggasse. Sunny location with the best Watzmann view, ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours, cross-country skiing, alpine skiing and many other activities. A key box enables you to check in flexibly. Parking spaces on the property are available free of charge. On request we can offer you a children's travel cot and a baby high chair.
The 96 m² apartment is located on the 1st First floor, is newly renovated and can accommodate up to 6 people. With modern equipment, lots of wood and manual work, the apartment is simply comfortable.
It has an open kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle etc. with seating and a cozy living area, a parlor with a corner bench, table and chairs for 6 people, 2 separate bedrooms (one with a double bed and a continuous mattress, the other with 2 joined single beds, which can also be separated on request), as well as a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. All duvets have a comfort size of 155 x 220 cm. Shower and toilet are separate.
The absolute highlight is the view from the panoramic window of King Watzmann with his family.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Die Unterkunft hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen. Der Massagesessel war auf jeden Fall das Highlight an jedem Abend. Die Wohnung war super gepflegt, nur die Dusche hätte etwas besser gereinigt sein können. In der super ausgestatteten Küche, hat uns der Werkzeug-Besteck-Kasten sehr gut gefallen und inspiriert. Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, was man an vielen kleinen Details erkennen kann. Olga was an amazing host, the property is located at an amazing location facing the Watzmann.

The property is beautifully kept and is clean. Ideal for a group of 4-5 to stay together. They also have a cat who is named Yoshi I think and was as cute as a button!

Wunderschön

Ich muss wirklich sagen das, dass die schönste Ferienwohnung war die ich bisher hatte. Werde auf jeden Fall wieder dort Buchen. Es liegt Zentral und man hat trotzdem seine Ruhe. Es ist eine saubere und sehr moderne Ferienwohnung! Highlight war für uns alle der Massgesessel 😀. Die Familie ist auch super nett zu uns gewesen. Ich kann es mit Ruhigem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Amazing apartment, host and location!

We had an exceptional time staying at this adorable and very clean apartment. The view from the living room on the mountain is breathtaking and the area is very peaceful. The hosts are very nice, provide you with helpful tips and also offer additional beverages. The location is very convenient as you only need about 10 minutes by car to the kings lake and the cable car. You can also walk around the beautiful historic town and find amazing bike and hike trails. Overall visit is super worth it and we had a great stay!

Tolle Wohnung und Lage!

Familie Schmidt haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Sie haben uns sehr schöne Tipps für die Gegend gegeben. Die Wohnung ist unglaublich schön und hat einen tollen Watzmann-Überblick. Ich würde Familie Schmidt gerne wieder besuchen.

Wunderschöner Kurzurlaub

Ein (Kurz-)Urlaub wie er sein soll. :) Ich habe die Ferienwohnung aufgrund der Bilder und positiven Bewertungen ausgewählt und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Im Gegenteil: Sehr nette Vermieter, die sich mit viel Herz um ihre Gäste kümmern und bei allen Fragen weiterhelfen. Eine toll und mal anders eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, die komplett ausgestattet ist und einen unglaublichen Ausblick auf den Watzmann bietet. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch.

Der beste Urlaub seit langem

Christoph und Olga sind zwei herzliche, spontane und kreative Menschen, die eine wunderbare Wohnung mit viel Liebe für‘s Detail hergerichtet haben. Der Mix aus traditionellen und modernen kreativen Ideen geben der Wohnung einen individuellen und sehr gemütlichen Eindruck. Zudem ist alles da, ein modernes Bad und eine tolle Küche. Der Ausblick … einfach der Hammer. Vielen Dank, wenn Berchtesgadener Land, dann unbedingt wieder hierher.

Schöne Wohnung mit sympathischen Gastgebern

Die Wohnung hält, was sie verspricht! Sie liegt zwischen Bischofswiesen und Berchtesgaden, beides fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Die Gastgeber haben viel Liebe ins Detail gesteckt und die Wohnung mit Charme aber auch traditionell eingerichtet. Die Vermieter selbst sind sehr hilfsbereit und begleiten einen mit Anregungen und Tipps durch den Urlaub. Jederzeit wieder!

Fantastische Wohnung und sehr nette Vermieter.

Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, mit modernen Elementen und klassischen bayerischen Akzenten. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Geschätzt haben wir auch sehr die Sauberkeit der Wohnung. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und haben tolle Tipps. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Wanderungen. Wir können die Wohnung zu 100 % empfehlen.

Everything was great!

Beautiful space, easy check in, amazing view and a great base for exploring the area. The fire pit in the garden was lovely and the hosts were kind enough to provide wood. An added bonus was drinks available for purchase and the option of bread service, as well as a massage chair in the living room that isn’t pictured! We would definitely stay again!

Tolle Wohnung!

Wir waren als Familie mit Freunden in der Wohnung und sehr zufrieden. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich und haben sich immer erkundigt, ob wir etwas benötigen. Die Wohnung ist toll geschnitten, super sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet : auch Kleinigkeiten wie Backpapier waren vorhanden, sodass wir uns über nichts Gedanken machen mussten und unseren Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen konnten. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nicht weit entfernt. Ganz klare Empfehlung von uns!

Perfekte Unterkunft in guter Lage

Die Wohnung Watzmann ist hochwertig ausgestattet, sehr sauber und mit vielen liebevollen Details eingerichtet. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und auch das Zentrum Berchtesgaden ist in wenigen Autominuten bequem erreichbar. Mit den Vermieter wird man schnell warm und man hat das Gefühl nicht als zahlender Gast, sondern bei lieben Freunden Urlaub zu machen. Danke an euch beide für die hilfreiche Bergeinweisung bei der Begrüßung, den leckeren Begrüßungstrunk aus eigenem Garten, die tollen Insider-Tourentipps (z.B. zum Kuchen auf der Blaueishütte), den schönen Lagerfeuerabend im Garten und vieles mehr! Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Wohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen. Einfach genial!

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit einem atemberaubenden Blick!

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und für zwei Pärchen optimal geschnitten. Das Haus ist in einer perfekten Lage für sportliche Aktivitäten. Rundum wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Eine sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit einem authentischen Flair. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und erst kürzlich renoviert worden. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet, und der Blick auf die Berge in der Umgebung einmalig. Die Gastgeber waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Sie haben uns super Tipps für Wandertouren, Ausflüge und Restaurants in der Umgebung gegeben. Eine klare Empfehlung für alle die eine Wohnung zum erholen und entspannen suchen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Top! Wir kommen gerne wieder

Die Wohnung ist genauso wie beschrieben. Vieles ist noch relativ neu, weil die Wohnung vor kurzem renoviert wurde. Der Ausblick auf die Berge und die zwei schönen Balkone der Wohnung hatten ihres getan. Es war traumhaft. Die Wohnung ist ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto von Berchtesgaden entfernt, man kann aber auch dorthin wandern/laufen. Alles war in der Wohnung ausreichend da und wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Besonders danken möchten wir den Vermietern, Olga und Christoph waren einfach unkompliziert super hilfsbereit. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!
