"What a pleasure to have a front desk staffed with such friendly people. Easy check in, parking was directly in front of the hotel and an elevator for room access. Rooms are big and so are bathrooms. "We thought a lot of effort had gone into the design of the hotel, rooms and what it provided. The staff were polite, with a shout out to the chef who engaged with everyone to ensure any dietry requirements were met, the breakfast was fantastic. The pool was big and deep enough to swim. The location was good, close to a cookery class and the Turkish stairs. The only gripe would be that the pool did not open (until 9), after breakfast."
