U get what you pay for , negatives - no fridge [should be standard in all hotels] , loads of marks and dust and scratches everywhere, Tv is only assigned to hotel screen so can’t watch anything. Postivites are it has a spa and it’s close to NEC and that’s about it

Having previously played golf here and it is a lovely course I was staying because of a 2 day business trip running workshops nearby Check in was fine, staff were friendly.
