Nicole with events at Renaissance Ross Bridge was very accommodating, she went above and beyond to make sure me and my wife had a wonderful anniversary stay. The Spa was excellent and my wife loved the pedicure. The room was spacious and very clean. The balcony was a nice touch. Also, the bag piper at night is really unique experience for sure. Overall, this property is wonderful.
