We stayed at The Redmont last December when attending an event at BJCC. The room was subpar, but we loved the location and the bar and restaurant so we decided to give The Redmont another try. This time the room was even worse. The AC register was filthy dusty, the carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed and the baseboards in the bathroom were nasty. One of the beds wasn’t lined up with the headboard and the bedskirt wasn’t on properly, exposing the bed frame and hanging dust. I was going to do a puzzle, and there wasn’t even a pen in the room. I really expect much better for a room that costs over $300 a night, and definitely expect more from Hilton. Next event we attend at BJCC. We’ll be finding a better hotel for our trip. But… PS… we still loved the bar and restaurant. The food at Harvest was wonderful!

Great stay. The staff was super helpful and very friendly. Only complaint was that they decided to redo the flooring in one of the elevators which made it out of service For the weekend. Not the smartest choice to make before a weekend especially with two big shows in town that weekend. Other than that, our visit was great.

We had bad experience with an Airbnb and came straight to the Redmont where Ben was so very nice to help! We loved our stay and will definitely be back! Everyone was very friendly and always smiling!

Clean room, no fridge or microwave. Bed wasn’t the most comfortable. Room key quit working and had to have it redone. $120 extra charge that wasn’t listed on website. Whole hallway on seventh floor smelled STRONGLY of marijuana. Parking across the street was a good location but a major pain to pay for. Good walking distance to BJCC. Staff was courteous and helpful.

The property has a lot of character and the staff are all very helpful, professional and friendly. My room was nice. Good size, great natural light and nice size bathroom. They use the pump bottles attached to the wall for shampoo conditioner and body wash. Body wash was empty. They have those great mini hexagons tiles, but some of the grout lines were black. That said, I would definitely stay there again.
