Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
There was no hot water available at night during our stay. Each evening when we returned, we were unable to take a hot shower, although the hot water seemed to come back in the morning. It felt like there might be a limited supply or restricted hours, but this was never communicated to us in advance. After spending full days exploring and travelling, not having hot water to shower in the evening was extremely frustrating and uncomfortable. If there are time restrictions on hot water, this should be clearly stated beforehand so guests can plan accordingly. Additionally, the number of bathrooms did not match the listing on Hotels.com. The property was advertised as having three bathrooms, but in reality there were only two bathrooms and one separate toilet.
