The "Strandpromenade" holiday rental is located on the 3rd floor of the lovingly restored "Atlantic" beach villa. The Binz beach promenade and the beautiful beach are right on your doorstep. Here, you can use your own beach chair (seasonally) free of charge for the entire duration of your stay. Two rental bicycles are also included.

The south-facing balcony, where you can enjoy the sun starting at noon, offers a beautiful view over the rooftops of Binz.

This cosy, well-furnished holiday apartment is bathed in natural light and features a living room with a sleeper sofa and dining area, a flat-screen TV, cable TV, free Wi-Fi, and a separate bedroom with a box-spring bed and a flat-screen TV. A safe is located in the closet in the hallway.

Adjacent to the living area is a very well-equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine with milk frother + additional coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, high-quality china, complete coffee and dinner service, etc.).

In addition, the apartment features a bathroom with a shower and bidet, a hair dryer, a cosmetic mirror, a lovely south-facing balcony (table, chairs, and a parasol), and much more.

The "Strandpromenade" holiday apartment is in a prime location, in the middle of the historic beach promenade, right on the beautiful sandy beach. The wide white beach stretches for kilometres along the bay, making Binz an absolute beach paradise. Binz’s seaside resort architecture shines here in all its glory. The pier, the Kurplatz, and the town centre—with its many cosy street cafés, restaurants, and shopping options—are all within walking distance. The train station is also just a few minutes’ walk away (approx. 500 metres).

The Baltic Sea resort of Binz is one of the most popular spa and recreational destinations on the Baltic Sea and is also the largest holiday destination on the island of Rügen. The centre of Binz, with its numerous shops, invites you to go on a shopping spree or stop by a café. In the evening, numerous restaurants await you. Binz also offers an extensive cultural and entertainment programme.
