Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Extrawünsche sind kein Problem und werden prompt erfüllt. Das Hotel liegt in einer Seitenstraße von der Haupt(Einkauf)straße von Binz. So ist alles fußläufig gut erreichbar. Auch zur Promenade und zur Seebrücke ist es nicht weit. Wir waren rundum zufrieden."

"Kinderclub war wirklich großartig , Lage auch! Frühstück gut aber etwas ausbaufähig. Wohnung war okay, aber hätte an der ein oder anderen Stelle etwas sauberer sein können. Wellness im 4JZ: Sauna etc. gut, Pool veraltet, keine schönen Liegen (Kipp-Liegen sogar eher gefährlich). Hier will man sich leider gar nicht lange aufhalten. Dennoch gut, dass man es überhaupt nutzen kann vom anderen Hotel "

If you allow late checkout on a Sunday then resource the cleaning schedule properly to allow the next guests to get in on time, OR DON’T OFFER A LATE CHECKOUT ON A SUNDAY - it’s really that simple! “Room not ready yet, come back at 4”, “room not ready yet, come back at 5 ‘if you’re lucky” WT actual \*\*\*k!? Then the cleaner took our dog bowl - why would you do that!? Messaged them twice to see if we could pick it up on the way back from our onward journey but they didn’t even have the decency to reply. Really good facility, but unfortunately it would appear that the management couldn’t run a bath, never mind a hotel. A real shame!"
