Schöne Ferienwohnung in sehr guter Lage zwischen Schmachter See und Hauptstrasse zur Seebrücke. Gute Ausstattung mit allem Nötigen.Leider gab es wohl in der Vergangenheit einen Nässeschaden, so dass ein Schlafzimmer trotz Lüftung sehr muffig roch .

Pros: Wir waren im Herbst 2014 im Haus Frohsinn und haben uns sehr erholt. Die Wohnung lag nur wenige Meter vom Schmachtersee entfernt und 500 m von der Ostseebrücke im Binz. Wir hatten alles in unmittelbarer Nähe Discounter, Bäcker, Bücher usw. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis hat uns überzeugt. Die Küche war super ausgestattet und wir hatten durch die Hausverwaltung eine kompetente Ansprechpartnerin.
