The guy at the front desk was not friendly. Other staff were friendly. The restaurant was closed on tuesdays for dinner. Really? You have this amazing resort and you close the restaurant?? We arrived early and planned to use some amenities while waiting on our room to be ready. Went to the spa to inquire. The doors were locked and there was a number on the door to text, so I did and never heard back. Overall, not happy with our stay. I wouldn’t spend the money at this hotel. Stay in Carmel and visit this place for lunch if you want to see it.
