"Had to call police as housekeeping stole jewelry. Police even recognized her as a repeat offender but hotel refused to do anything about it. Jewelry was not recovered and no apology or compensation given. "

"The outdoor swimming pool was cloudy and and definitely needed to be cleaned more often. The outdoor pool became overcrowded one once the debris was cleaned from the pool but the water was still cloudy. Lease and debris were floating in the pool. The Hot Tub water was greenish and looked murky and we were there for 2 days. it was clear that no one wanted to use it. The indoor pool was not very busy and we considered swimming there but the water was not very clean looking. "
