Lovely hotel in a quiet location but loads of things to do nearby from Oxford to Bicester Village and the Cotswolds. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The quality of the food was the standout with great menu, quality and presentation. Would highly recommend

Checked in during early evening service in the pub, yet I was shown immediately to my room, unless I wanted a local beer first. Room was a good size for an overnight stay, clean, pretty much exactly as I saw in the photographs online. Food in the pub was a very high standard, both at dinner and the following breakfast. Fantastic stay in the cottage - immaculately presented room with loads of space and a very nice selection of snacks. The staff in the Inn were incredibly welcoming and made for a totally relaxed break. Food at dinner and breakfast was delicious. Cannot recommend highly enough

We had a fantastic time at the Lords of the Manor, it really is an exceptional hotel. A very relaxed atmosphere and the staff make you feel at home as soon as you walk in. They were especially accommodating with our dog who stayed with us. The hotel gardens are huge and we’re a lot bigger than we thought, stretching down to the river. It’s a great place to explore the Cotswolds.

We were attending a parents event at one of the colleges on Saturday morning, so decided to treat ourselves to a night at The Old Bank Hotel the night before to allow for dinner and a more leisurely start in the morning. The hotel has its own car park and is perfectly situated on the High Street. Excellent choice for short stay. Excellent food and very comfortable and well equipped rooms. Will return.

Amazing little hotel in a back street, very clean and comfortable, we arrived early to drop our bags of as we had a tour later but our room was already available so they let us use the room straight away. Hardly any noise from other guests although there was a busy pub opposite the noise was minimal. Staff very polite, 20 minute walk to Oxford City Centre. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

A lovely place to stay to explore the Cotswolds. Very well furnished rooms and very helpful staff. Nice country pub with excellent food.
