Very nice detached house located in a garden area with a plot size of 1000 gm. The rooms are all very light-flooded due to the large window systems. The house has a beautiful entrance area into a large dining and living room about 45 gm.
Special features: oversized flat screen TV -cooling room in the fitted kitchen.
Extra large bathtub on the first floor. Sauna with shower and fitness room in the basement

Sehr ruhig gelegenes Haus in bester Lage, mit toller Ausstattung. Großzüge Räumlichkeiten. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles in Allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus in schöner Umgebung
Im Haus hat es an nichts gefehlt. Alles war sauber, gepflegt und ansprechend hergerichtet. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Es ist ruhig und man kann sofort zu längeren Spaziergängen oder Wanderungen aufbrechen.

Nous avons réservé le logement à la dernière minute et avons donc réglé l'ensemble de la réservation. Lapropriétaire nous annonce que le logement n'est pas disponible et qu'elle ne peut pas annuler la réservation et donc procéder à son remboursement malgré les explications d'Abritel. Abritel a été obligé de contacter la propriétaire afin qu'elle procède au remboursement.

Unser Urlaub im Schwarzwald
Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt, das Ferienhaus ist mit allem sehr gut ausgestattet, gute Matratzen ( im Alter sehr wichtig), gute Decken und Bettwäsche. Eine sehr gute Sauna im Haus. Nach den Ausflügen in der Umgebung tut ein Saunagang sehr gut. Im großen und ganzen ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt.

Wir haben wirklich schöne 4 Wochen in dem super schönen Haus verbracht!
Da die Gegend um Biberach herum ein super ausgezeichnetes Fahrradnetz hatte, konnten wir viele schöne Radtouren unternehmen! Auch für Wanderungen in der näheren Umgebung waren sehr gut möglich! Im Haus selbst fehlte es an nichts, war alles so wie beschrieben. Der Vermieter war immer ansprechbar für uns und ein kleineres Problem wurde sofort gelöst! Danke an Familie Koch für diesen schönen Aufenthalt!
