- Villa Soleil Bleu is a beautiful two storey property with a large private terrace. Situated in Cap d'Agde near Richelieu beach and bordering the golf course/forest.
The villa consists of:
Downstairs:
Recently renovated kitchen with new tall fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, gas cooker and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Living room with two sofas and coffee table. smart tv / wifi
Upstairs:
One double bedroom with ample wardrobes and hairdryer
Second Bedroom with two single beds, dressing table and wardrobes.
Bathroom with large walk in shower cubicle, vanity unit and toilet
Possibility of an additional single bed for a child
Terrace with large table and chairs, awing, electric barbecue.
For Summer the terrace is shaded and cool. Very efficient mobile air conditioning unit.
