With a floor area of 50 m², the flat can accommodate up to 6 people and is laid out as follows:

- Fully fitted kitchen (microwave, oven, Senseo coffee machine, fridge, crockery, hob, dishwasher), high table seating for 4 people.
- Furnished balcony with garden furniture, sea view.
- Bedroom 1: 140 double bed
- Bedroom 2: 160 double bed
- Bedroom 3: 2 single beds (90)
- Bathroom 1: shower + washbasin
- Bathroom 2: shower + washbasin
- Separate toilet

For babies: A high chair and travel cot are available on request.
Facilities: Iron and ironing board (on request)

Outdoors:
- A lovely wooden terrace with a dining table for your meals and drinks, where you can relax after a day of sightseeing, heated and offering a lovely sea view.

In the residential complex:
- Access to the communal indoor swimming pool, heated all year round, and its terrace with sea views.
- Access to the beach via a small private path equipped with an outdoor shower.
- A parking space is available, complete with an electric vehicle charging point.

Neighbourhood:
- Boasting an exceptional location, this flat is situated in Le Grau d’Agde within a private residential complex with direct access to the beach.
- A 5–10-minute drive from the port of Cap d’Agde with its restaurants, bars, ice-cream parlours, shops and the Ferris wheel… as well as the Île des Loisirs, Luna Park and its nightclubs.
- This location is ideal for a wonderful holiday.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the property’s private car park, which can accommodate up to 1 vehicle.

- Nearest railway station: Agde station, about 10 mins by car (7 km)
- Nearest airport: Béziers Cap d’Agde Airport, approximately 20 minutes’ drive away (14 km)

Other notes:
- Access to the flat is via a rather narrow spiral staircase
- We have additional properties available in this complex if you need to accommodate several families or groups of friends in the same place. We offer the following properties: Zephyr, Dionysos, Artemis, Villa Hestia and Le Littoral. Each property can be booked separately. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions!
- Bed linen, towels and beach towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our on-site partner). The prices quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the reception staff. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.
- Pets are permitted, subject to a surcharge of €20 per stay (only one pet allowed); please specify this when booking.
- Since August 2026, the accommodation has been managed by a new concierge service.
