"We loved this apartment whose location and comfort could not have been better Adam and his team promptly addressed any issues we had and resolved them. Extremely comfortable living area with plenty of comfy seating for us to gather. The finishes are a bit shabby and could use some minor repairs. There was no manual which we have always found in this price rental and would have been a nice support for understanding technology. The microwave is too high for safety, the kitchen door needs a prop so...

"Very nice place. Great location. Lots of coffeeshops and restaurants, and shops in the area. Be aware that it is difficult to open the front door. There should be a non-slip mat in the bathtub since that is where the shower is. You could hear the neighbours pretty good and the water heater but with earplugs all good!!"

"The property is in a great location; however the air conditioner in both bedrooms did not work, the electrical plug in the small bedroom did not work, the washer/dryer did not work, there is no safety lock on the inside of the door, there is no book of instructions on how to get anything to work, the check in person was late, and spoke very broken English, and said he would be back the next day to repair but never reappeared. There was a person available by text, to whom we reported the issues....
