I stayed at the Bexley Village Hotel for five nights three months after the hotel opened, and couldn't tell that the business was so new. Bexley Village is a great location with lots of good restaurants and pubs and easy access to London (the station is two minutes away) and the hotel is contemporary, nicely decorated and well 'polished.' It is on the main road through the village but that road is never driven through at speed, and it's not on an ambulance or police route, so it's really very...

Absolutely lovely hotel, and lovely staff. Great facilities and extremely clean. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay,clean room,very comfortable bed,great.

Venue is superb for being in the heart of Canary Wharf. Decor in communal areas and rooms is elegant and oozes quality. Bedroom is very quiet. Will definitely look to stay again.

Great hotel in great location, perfect for a short stay

I was sceptical about staying in a capsule hotel and I only booked it because of the price. Less than £50 (special offer price) for a night a couple of hundred yards from Oxford Street is an absolute bargain. I did message my wife to say this is either going to be really good or I'm going to get no sleep at all. As it was I slept really well. The vending machines worked without any problems even for alcohol purchases requiring digital I.D. But I do think a price of £4.50 for an extra towel...

Great hotel stay, couldn’t fault anything about this hotel. Great selection at breakfast. Rooms cleaned everyday, good standard of housekeeping. Aldgate/Tower Hill tube stations only 5 mins walk.

Great hotel & great location

Overall very good value for money

First impression of the hotel was not great as the lobby and lift are very small. However I am happy with the room and found the staff extremely helpful generally. It’s great to hear the staff telling American tourists about the history of royalty :)

Excellent hotels

Property was very clean and easily accessible by public transport. Great location and friendly staff.

We would definitely stay again. Room was very well equipped & spacious. Only two things letting it down. Black mould in the shower (wasn’t loads but noticeable straight away) needs keeping on to off. Then I dropped my ring and went under the bed… the build up of dust was crazy - obviously the bed had not been moved in a very long time. But it’s not something I go looking for nor would I expect a housekeeper to bust their back moving the bed in each room - especially if they are cleaning on...

Lovely cute and cosy room, staff were welcoming and able to support every request. Lovely location, would book again!

Everything was great, free cookies were also delicious
