"Stayed 4 days (3 nights). The rooms were not serviced. Elevator and stairs were not clean (there was even a preservative on the stairs…for two days..). Breakfast was very poor… even cereal bowls weee not there… lots of opportunities to improve…"

"The staff was nice and none of this was her fault. I picked this hotel because it was close to our event and said it had a pool and hot tub. I wanted both in case the pool was cold. It had them but they were dry. Nothing about that on the site, when booking. One elevator was out and the second barely worked. It kept getting stuck. The carpet on our floor was so stained and ripped it was gross. Ice maker on our floor didn’t work either. Breakfast and coffee was terrible too. The place was a dump."
