Located just 10 minutes from Sunday River and steps to downtown Bethel, it’s a comfortable and convenient home base for your mountain getaway. Shared Outdoor Amenities Guests at the Broad Street Building enjoy access to a thoughtfully designed common area that’s perfect for unwinding and making memories. Gather around the outdoor fire pit, surrounded by classic Adirondack chairs, for s’mores, stargazing, and late-night conversations. After a day on the mountain, soothe your muscles in the hot tub, or sip a drink at the outdoor bar area, ideal for casual evenings and après-ski vibes. The spacious backyard offers plenty of room for lawn games, lounging, or simply enjoying the fresh mountain air.
