Welcome to our charming, nearly 100-year-old ground floor apartment, full of character and located in the peaceful village of Bogno.  
  
The property includes:  
1 bedroom with a comfortable double bed  
1 bedroom with a bunk bed  
A living room with a sofa bed and dining table  
A fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, oven, kettle)  
A bathroom with a shower  
  
Step straight from the apartment onto the spacious veranda with the most beautyfull view — perfect for enjoying breakfast in the morning sun or a glass of wine in the evening.  
  
Downstairs you'll find a cantina (cellar space), where the washing machine and other essentials are located.  
  
The property also offers a private garden with a BBQ — ideal for summer dinners, reading in the sun, or kids playing outside.
