Ideal for family relaxation!

  • The upper floor has 3 bedrooms with closets and mirror doors, air conditioners, bathrooms with boxes, balcony overlooking the Atlantic forest and the recreation area.
    The ground floor has a beautiful glazed dining room and marble table with 8 chairs.
    The living room has a double sofa and a 39-inch LED TV (satellite).
    Room with a portable fan, a double bed and a bunk.
    Planned kitchen with breakfast bar, refrigerator, 4 burner stove, hood, cabinets, microwave (new), electric pressure cooker (new) and sink with 2 vats. The house also has several fixtures.
    The area has a gourmet barbecue, sink, external freezer, massive wooden table and two benches, a refreshing aluminum shower, besides the gorgeous pool, designed by an expert in the field, with separate tub and artificial waterfall. The outdoor area also contains a large outdoor space, gardens, 6 beach chairs, 2 parasols, 3 lounge chairs, next to all the beauty of native Atlantic forest.
