"Great location and wonderful view. The breakfast buffet was also very good but the housekeeping was really bad.
No remote control for the TV first and when I called them and even went downstair to the reception desk a friendly employee brought two remote controls; unfortunately, neither of them worked. The next morning, we wanted to make some coffee (instant coffee... there was nothing else), but the kettle wasn't working. So I went back down to the front desk, returned the two broken remote controls, and reported the broken kettle. They promised it would be replaced immediately. Of course, this didn’t happen, and when we checked out the next day, the mineral water we’d poured into the kettle the day before when we wanted to make coffee was still in there. This shows all too clearly that no inspection of the room took place and that they didn’t even respond to our report. It’s hard to do worse than this. Lousy service. No TV we could use in order to hear music or watch the news and no possibility to make coffee or tea."
