So-so

The apartment worked for the purpose as we would mostly be there to sleep. The pictures from the booking give the impression that the accommodation is large, but it is very small. Unfortunately, it is clear that you live in a former business premises. The ”apartment” itself is fine. I would have liked more curtains so it is dark when you sleep. The bathroom was fresh, as were the beds. There was a lot of dust in some places where cleaning was not thought of. We were missing an oven as this was stated in the ad (we had bought food for this, but had to find another solution which was annoying). The stairs are very steep, but a good solution. The area felt good and is easily accessible to visit central Berlin.

stifling, and no adequate ventilation.

It was small, but even almost hazardous with the stairway to the loft being very rickety. The windows.. were not really, frosted over the bottom half for privacy and no place to open for air. We really liked the neighborhood, so having our door wide open to ventilate still felt reasonable secure Thank you, we made the best of it.

Die Lage ist perfekt um sich vom Trubel der Stadt zu erholen. Die Gegend ist ruhig und bürgerlich. Man kommt mit den öffenlchen Verkehrsmitteln überall gut hin und Mietfahrräder und Scoots sind überall zu finden. Lebensmittrlläden und Restaurants sind in guter Reichweite. Die Wohnung befindet sich in ehemaligen Gewerberäumen und ist deshalb hellhörig. Sie bietet für zwei Personen genug Raum. Die Austattung ist gut. Die Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter verläuft einwandfrei per Chat.

Kleine Schäden

Habe kleine Schäden gemeldet, Schimmel,Badtüre, Vorhangstange, Schäden wurde kurz nach der Meldung behoben. Einziger Punkt der nicht erledigt wurde war die Heizungsregelung des Heizkörpers der sich nicht abzustellen war. , dadurch war Wohnung sehr warm. Einzige Möglichkeit zu Lüften war das Oberlicht über der Tür.

Aussen und innen völlig verdreckt

Ebenerdiger Eingang voller Kippen; Personen rauchen, trinken , telefonieren und reden laut vor Wohnung , spärliche Ausstattung, versprochene Dinge fehlen und Wohnung war verdreckt und ungeputzt. Klodeckel lose, Duschtasse glatt und Bettwäsche müsste dringend erneuert werden.

Modern trendy loft apartment

Good location and transport to Berlin's sites. Very clean and comfortable beds. We would stay again when next in Berlin. Great communication with the owners.
