Ideally Located

Cosmopolitan Neukölln is popular with artists, students and new arrivals in Berlin. The neighborhood is known for its large international population and busy streets lined with Middle Eastern pastry shops and restaurants. Nature lovers won't want to miss Britzer Garten, a lovely park with frequent flower shows. Neukölln's Turkish Market is the perfect place to shop for pottery, rugs, spices and fresh produce. Other neighborhood highlights include the Schloss Britz, an 18th century mansion that is now a museum, and quaint Rixdorf, a charming village-like area that's perfect for an afternoon walk. Neukölln has excellent U-Bahn access and several bus lines.

This Blueground apartment has flexible lease options, allowing you to book it for three months, a year, or more.
Pets are welcome, though weight limits and breed restrictions apply and may incur fees.
Please keep in mind that this is a walk up building.
We take great pride in ensuring every photo displayed is shot in our own units with our actual furnishings. That said, we regularly refresh our decor and furniture arrangement, which may differ from what’s pictured.

A security deposit of €900 is required at booking, which will be returned within 2-4 weeks after the check-out, minus any deductible damages.

This apartment is available for temporary stays only and is not suitable for tourist or permanent residential use. Upon booking, guests must provide a valid travel purpose accepted by local legislation to confirm the reservation.

Reservations must be for a minimum of 3 months and a maximum of 1 year.
