Apartment '4 - Weide' with Shared Terrace and Wi-Fi

The holiday apartment 4 - Weide in Ludwigsfelde is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free holiday with your loved ones. The 35 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi as well as a TV.

The property features a shared open terrace for relaxing evenings.

The city centre offers all essential services, including shops, restaurants and bike rental shops, as well as the Kristall thermal baths with swimming pool, sauna and spa. Furthermore, both Großbeeren and Horstfelde have water ski facilities and swimming areas.

Free parking is available on the street.

Families with children are welcome.

One pet is allowed for a fee.

Smoking, celebrating events and barbecues are not allowed.

Please avoid unnecessary noise after 9.30 pm.

Please note that mobile phone reception in the village is, unfortunately, limited.

The host is happy to provide a bouquet of flowers or a bottle of sparkling wine/prosecco if you would like to celebrate a birthday or a similar festive event (please contact them separately).

Alles verlief sehr unkompliziert und die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr schön. Die Lage ist sehr ländlich, aber trotzdem ist man sehr schnell in Berlin. Alles prima und auch unserem Hund hat es gefallen. Liebe Grüße Alina, Julijana & Ernie
