Large apartment with terrace on Via San Francesco D'Assisi Wide LIVING ROOM, PANORAMIC TERRACE and REFINED DETAILS IN A light ENVIRONMENT Entire apartment, approx. 55 sqm, consisting of a large living room, with a terrace overlooking Via San Francesco d 'Assisi and views of the historic buildings that characterise the city centre, with a sofa bed with chaise longue, 50’TV, kitchen with microwave oven, coffee machine with capsules, kettle, induction hob and refrigerator, hallway, large bathroom and double bedroom. The tones of the dove and hazelnut used for the furniture and painting, in addition to the furniture and upholstery of the large bathroom of this apartment are relaxing and elegant. The replacement of the windows allows the complete soundproofing of the rooms.
