The light-filled living room, featuring a sofa, TV, and dining table, has an open layout that harmoniously connects the living area with the modern, fully equipped kitchen. In addition to a refrigerator, a two-burner stove, and a microwave, you’ll also find practical appliances such as a dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle, as well as plenty of dishes and kitchen utensils.

The sleeping area is located on the open loft, which can be reached via a staircase from the living area.

The short (approx. 200 m), steep climb to the house is rewarded with a breathtaking view of the mountains. You can drive right up to the entrance to load and unload. For your comfort, the house features an indoor pool, a shared washing machine, and a bicycle storage room.

The region offers numerous recreational activities such as hiking, mountain biking, and mountaineering. But there’s plenty to do in winter as well—ski touring, cross-country skiing, sledding, and horse-drawn carriage rides are just a few examples. For those interested in culture, a trip to the festival city of Salzburg is well worth it. Salzburg is about 30 km away and is easily accessible by bus or car.
