Ferienhaus für 2 Personen

  • In vollkommen ruhiger Lage, jedoch zentrumsnah liegt unsere liebevoll eingerichtete und mit vielen Extras ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Große Liegewiese, Grillplatz und freier Blick auf Jenner, Watzmann und Hochkalter. Wanderwege und Einkaufsmöglichkeit in nächster Nähe.
    Die 100 qm große Wohnung ist an einer Landhausvilla angebaut, sie liegt an einem Südhang in vollkommen ruhiger Lage und ist über eine Privatstraße (auch im Winter zuverlässig geräumt!) zu erreichen.

    Das Ortszentrum Berchtesgaden, Kurdirektion und Bahnhof sind mit dem Auto in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen, fußläufig benötigt man zur Ortsmitte etwa 30 Minuten.

    Eine Bäckerei und ein Lebensmittelgeschäft sind in nur einen kleinen Spaziergang entfernt. Im Haupthaus befindet sich im Keller eine Waschmaschine (Nutzung kostenlos) und eine Sauna, die gegen eine geringe Gebühr benutzt werden kann.

    Die Wohnung Waldhofalm eignet sich für maximal zwei Erwachsene. Gut erzogene Hunde sind gegen Gebühr willkommen.

Schöne, gepflegte und großzügig gestaltete Unterkunft

Wohnung liegt in sehr schöner und ruhiger Lage. Alle Räume sind großzügig geschnitten und schön und auch landestypisch eingerichtet. Alles war wie beschrieben und die Übergaben waren problemlos. Wir haben die tage genossen.
