Rental Fee: 100% of the reservation will be charged to your payment method at booking confirmation. Security Deposit: For direct bookings only, an authorization hold (security deposit) of $250 will be placed on your payment method upon check-in. You won’t be charged, but the hold means that you won’t be able to access these funds until the hold is released. As long as no property damage occurs during your stay, we’ll initiate a release of the hold placed on your card 7 days after your checkout. Cancelation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check in will receive a 100% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. No refunds will be processed within 14 days of check in. We didn’t realize the master bedroom looked over to the bottom level, which was really cool. Only problem was the third level air conditioner had leaked and was pretty much unusable.
