Hot water for shower is not hot enough after running for 20 minutes. Door leading to the bathroom will not close.

The room was booked for two, but only had one towel and it was difficult getting a second towel. I had been on a plane for 9 hours and wanted a second towel for the morning and they refuse to give me one. I do not plan to stay at this hotel again.
