  • Located in a rural setting approximately 8 miles away from Ricketts Glen state park; this fully remodeled cabin is ready to welcome you. Includes: , washer, dryer, offstreet parking for two cars or RV. 1 bedroom with queen size bed, with cedar closet, futon in living room, 1 bathroom with full size shower, heating/cooling with the touch of a button. Full size microwave and refrigerator
    FREE WIFI.
    Plates and silverware are available to use. Fresh sheets, towels, washcloths, toiletries, coffee, milk, and snacks, are provided.
    There is a fire pit that can be used. There is an outside charcoal grill that can also be used, tenant is responsible to supply charcoal. Firewood is provided and can be used for $10 extra.
    One pet may be brought and if so an additional $25 fee is charged when you book. The pet is not allowed on the bed/futon and must be on a leash when outside.

We really appreciate how clean was the place. My husband has multiple allergies and I was concerned about dust, or mold. He actually was very good, and did not sneeze once. The cabin has most of supplies ready to use from kitchen supplies, towels, bathrooms supplies. I really like the coffee and teabags supplied. Definitely we will be back.

We really enjoyed our stay! The cabin was clean, cozy, and exactly as described — if not even better than the photos. Ben provided detailed information ahead of time, which made everything smooth and easy. He also thoughtfully prepared snacks, fruit, and beverages for us, which we truly appreciated.

The cabin was just like the pictures. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We had a little confusion with the A/C when we got there. I messaged the host and received a fast response and was able to easily resolve the issue. We were very impressed with the cleanliness especially since pets are allowed. There were zero pet odors. Will definitely be recommending this cabin.

Super cute and cozy cabin. Loved the comfortable feeling inside. Very spacious, well decorated, and CLEAN. Snacks and coffee being provided was a nice touch. Only downfall is the sign on the fridge about an aggressive stray dog being in the area. I would’ve liked to have known that prior to booking as that extremely limited our comfort in being outside. We did not use the fire pit due to this. Also, the house across the street has a LARGE dog that is off leash and frequently comes to this property. Not sure if it is friendly or not. There is WiFi at the house but it is not super strong and cell service is nonexistent. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and I can’t express how clean and cute the cabin is. I do recommend it to travelers. Thank you for a nice weekend, Ben!

Peace and Quiet

We had a wonderful relaxing, weekend at the cabin, very clean, nice treats and staples in the kitchen.Absolutely loved the backyard, woods, fire pit and grill. Hiked the fall trails, highly recommend but not for small kids. Beautiful park, great ice cream stand outside the park. Lots of wildlife, we saw an albino deer!! Favorite part, the silence at night, a much needed respite from city living.

We enjoyed are stay at your cabin. Was very clean! Unfortunately the electric burner appliance didn't work but the microwave did the job to heat up our dinner. We appreciated the snacks & there was fresh dairy items in the refridge, but we didn't use. Would definitely stay here again. We met your friendly father up the road & got to talk with the cows, which was interesting for our pooch to see.

We stayed one night and had plans to hike the following day. Our service dog adored the property (and all of the deer)! Cabin suprised us in size compared to photos. Our girls took the bed and we stayed in the livubg area and no complaints at all! The cabin was cutely decorated and there were even snacks and beverages stocked. We all agreeded we would love to return and would highly recommended to anyone looking for a quiet place within close proximity to the trails. There is even a cute ice cream spot close by. 10 out of 10
